Jio Dhan Dhana Dhan Plan not Showing in MyJio App
Jio Dhan Dhana Dhan Offer was introduced by Reliance Jio after withdrawing its Summer Surprise offer following the advice of Telecom Regulatory authority of India (TRAI). New plans were launched with special benefits under Jio Dhan Dhana Dhan Offer for Jio Prime members.
The plans start with the Rs 309 plan, which provides unlimited SMS, calling and data with 1GB 4G data per day for 84 days on first recharge and the Rs 509 plan offering unlimited access to voice calls, SMSes and 2GB 4G data per day for 84 days.
Jio Dhan Dhana Dhan Offer attracted a lot of customers and many users subscribed for Jio Prime Membership and recharged with one of the available plans to receive special benefits of this offer.
Many users are complaining that their recharged plan is not showing as active for their Jio number. If you are not able to see the recharged plan, follow these steps.
Check the current Plan from MyJio App.
How to check the Plan in MyJio App
1. Open MyJio App and sign in.
2. You will see an option to recharge with 309 plan on the main screen.
3. Press Options on the top left corner (3 horizontal lines).
4. Select My Plans and check the current Plan.
It will show you the curent plan active on your Jio number with a validity date, see the image below.
You might see a different Expiry date.
What this means is Jio has extended the Jio Happy New Year Offer until the expiry date for your number and after that your recharged plan will become active.
Considering the above example, Jio Happy New Year Offer is active upto 30th June 2017 and after that date the recharge plan will become active.
What you need to do?
If you have already recharged with Jio Dhan Dhana Dhan offer, relax and keep using Jio 4G free services you plan will be active in few days. If you have still not recharged, do it now.
